From e-mails recently received.

Louis Ormond Pierre b. May 16, 1932, d. July 11, 2007. Age 75. He was better known as Hallie Pierre of Kingstown, SV. On behalf of the family, we would like for you to place a posting on the site with his death. We would also like to post a picture or two. How do we go about doing that? Thank you. Sincerely, Lenore Simmons (Niece).

This is to inform you that SVGAT President Mr. Gideon Exeter’s step mother has passed away today July 10th, 2007; our condolences to the family and friends who knew her.  Details will follow as soon as they are available.

Diamond woman Ann-Marie Ledger had arms severed and hacked to death. This has left  9 children motherless.  We really need to get tough on this senseless killing.

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Rector, Father E. Ulric C-Jones – New York:  For the past 12 1/2 years our church has been blessed with the guidance and spiritual leadership of a good and faithful servant of the Lord, our devoted Rector, Father E. Ulric C-Jones.  But the Book of Ecclesiastes tells us that "to everything there is a season and a time for every purpose under heaven;" so the time has come for him to pass the torch.

Father Jones' last celebrated Mass with us will be held on June 30th 2007; then he will officially resign as Rector of our church on July 31st, 2007.

In the view of this, we are honored to pay tribute to him and his dear wife Marilyn by celebrating in the form of a dinner dance at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, JFK Airport in Queens, on Friday July 27, 2007.

We are therefore extending an invitation to you and your congregation, hoping that you will join us as we celebrate this very memorable and remarkable occasion.

........  The cost is $55.00 each.

It will be our greatest pleasure to have you join us.

Thank you for your ongoing support.

Sincerely,

Rafael Adams
