My parents (Norbert and Doris Andalcio) were from Trinidad but lived in St. Vincent off and on from the mid 1940's 1950s (I was born there in 1951) and mid 1960s.  My father was the Superintendent of Electricity and Telephone with the CDC (Colonial Development Corporation).  I have a couple pictures of the CDC staff at that time (Mid-late 1950s)

What a surprise!  Standing on the left of the top picture is Charles Browne.  He was married to my Aunt, Euadnie Brown nee Jardine with whom I lived - Mom and Dad were in the UK - until I left SVG in my mid teens for the UK in 1964.  My Uncle Charles died in tragic circumstances in a fire; consequently there are no photos etc.  I have taken the liberty of downloading the photo and have forwarded a copy to my cousin (his only child) in Florida. Thanks to  Mr Andalcio for submitting the photo and to you for posting it.  Juanita Jardine
