The attached photo was taken in 1964 at the Technical center during a visit by Prince Philip.  The center was located opposite to the Richmond Hill  primary school. I believe this was its first year of existence, and provided  technical education for students to the St. Vincent Grammar School.

In the photo from left to right are:  Mr Lewis, Mr Keane, Prince Philip, Anthony Nanton and Timothy Providence. The Prince was interested in a metal gadget that Tim and I made. I don't recall what it was though.  Mr Lewis was  the director of the facility. .
